Pourquoi\u00a0? Il est de grandes similitudes entre les deux.<\/p><p>Pour faire simple le Qi gong est th\u00e9rapeutique et le Tai-Chi peut-\u00eatre art martial. Les 2 pratiques s\u2019employant \u00e0 faire circuler le Qi, l\u2019\u00e9nergie, dans le corps.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un travail ax\u00e9 sur le renforcement des organes. Les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces de Qi Gong sont douces. Les exercices lents. Statiques ou dynamiques. On recherche \u00e0 identifier le chi. On \u00ab joue \u00bb avec lui comme pour les joies d\u2019une retrouvaille ! Le maitriser ? C\u2019est une attente. Dans la pratique, on s\u2019emploie \u00e0 ne pas avoir d\u2019attente, juste une intention. Dans un premier temps l\u2019exercice du chi consiste \u00e0 s\u2019approprier les mouvements, les d\u00e9placements et la respiration. Renforcer l\u2019ancrage, apaiser le mental, d\u00e9nouer les tensions musculaires, articulaires et nerveuses. Ensuite ? Il relie tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de notre \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Ce qui rend cette m\u00e9ditation accessible c\u2019est que nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 pratiqu\u00e9 dans le ventre de notre m\u00e8re\u00a0!<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><u>Pour quel bienfait<\/u> &#8211; <\/strong>Dans le ventre de votre m\u00e8re puis ensuite dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es post natales le chi circule bien et il y a \u00e9quilibre. Ensuite apparaissent les premiers blocages, les premiers d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres qui, le temps passant, nous affectent.
